Mini Phal in Bloom
Though we lost the leaves to crown rot on this orchid, the roots were healthy enough that it is sprouting anew. Will keep updates coming! I didn't know it was possible for a phal to keiki from only roots!

Do you ever actually work at work?
usuall, yes...but today my boss was in meetings all day and the other colleague I am working with was also in meetings, didn't have time to set me new tasks, and I'd finished the old ones. In other words-I was bored mindless, hoping one of them would come by with something for me to do.

the funniest part is that he is not making blown glass in that picture, he is attaching a pulled piece of glass to a relatively cool piece...
