Our office follows the standard set by the Federal Government concerning inclement weather.

If there is so much as 1/2 inch of snow in this region, the gummint will usually shut down, often for the whole day.

1/2 inch of ICE, however, which seems to me to be a little bit more...well, I don't know...likely to CAUSE ACCIDENTS.........

Unscheduled Leave. Meaning: we're open, but if you can't drag your sorry butt into work we'll not dock your pay.
How does this translate to my office? Open.
